Guidelines:

*For fastest response, please send ONE email clearly detailing your problem.

*Please WAIT for a response. Constantly emailing and re-emailing your problem to me only slows down your response time. 

*I normally confirm receipt of payment within 1 business day or less, regardless of wait times. If you paid via PayPal, your payment should show up as "completed" in your PayPal account if I have received it and wait AT LEAST 24 hours for me (or in the case of a weekend, one BUSINESS day,) to also confirm that I have seen and rec'd payment. Payments made late on Friday or during the weekend are not confirmed until Monday during the business day. I understand some people are easily made anxious over this, but repeatedly emailing me is not the solution.

*DO NOT mark an email as "Emergency" or "Urgent" unless you are truly in a life or death situation. Often times, someone feels their issue is an emergency, and it is not. An emergency is defined as a life or death situation - the ONLY emergency I am qualified to deal with are emergencies in which someone is threatening your life through spellwork or metaphysical means and all other emergencies require you call the police, a doctor, a lawyer or emergency services. "Urgent" emails are only actually "urgent" if the situation demands that I act quickly. For example, seeing your ex with another person who may or may not be a new partner is not "urgent" - it just feels bad, - however in a case where time is of the essence such as court work, or any case with clearly defined dates in the mundane world (not timeframes, but a known date,) could be considered "urgent." However, as I do not accept cases with "deadlines" of a few weeks, this should be a non-issue. ;)

*Some emails take importance over others. Emails asking for emotional support (ie "Cat, I am so sad and angry today - what do I do?") are emails which I tend to answer behind business emails (ie "I'd like to schedule a reading," or "I would like to get some work done.") I MUST accomplish my paid work before I take time out for personal emails from clients.

*Please check the FAQ, Clients' Section, and Important Info pages BEFORE asking me a question which is answered on these pages. This saves us both time by answering your question without you needing to wait for the answer for your question answered on these pages. ;) If you need CLARIFICATION on any of this information, by all means, contact me, but before you do, please take a moment to review the information presented for your convenience.

*DO NOT attempt to "trick" the email system by using different email addresses.  If I receive an email from you from a different email address because you think you are going to "outsmart" my email system, you are not. I record all of your emails and they can and do go to the back of the proverbial line with all of your unanswered emails, meaning whatever you send me brings all of your unanswered email into the "newest recieved" position.

The current wait for psychic readings is: NO AVAILABILITY THROUGH AUTUMN 2008.

Guidelines:


*For fastest service, please have your information (IM name, phone number, names, birthdays,) ready for me ASAP.

*Please be ready for your reading at the scheduled time. Missed appointments must be rescheduled. I will not cut into other's reading times because you are late.

*If I miss an appointment due to technical issues or unforseen circumstances, I will give your reading the fastest available slot - usually less than 24 hours from your missed appointment (and sometimes only an hour or so after it.)

Current wait times for spells is: 12-36 hours after payment (1/2 to 1 1/2 days)

Guidelines:


*For fastest service please CLEARLY explain your situation, and what you would like for me to accomplish for you. Include the full names of all known parties (including maiden name where applicable,) the birthdates (if known,) and pictures (if available.)

*Please be clear and concise in what you wish to accomplish. Once you have told me what you want, this cannot be altered during or after the spellcasting process.

*For best manifestation, try to keep the spell relatively secret. By this I mean, you can tell a few other people, but avoid letting many people know about the spell. The more people who are capable of thinking about your spell, the more likely it is to take longer to manifest. If you do not understand this rule, please contact me and ask about "thinking a spell to death."

*Follow the instructions given to you. I will never ask you to do anything hard or harmful...just things like having your spell target call you first, or not fighting with someone. Not ALL spells require instructions, but some do have specific guidelines.

*Allow the spell AT LEAST 28 days to manifest before contacting me regarding whether or not there is a problem. Recasts are not considered prior to 45 days post completion of spell. Please do not behave in a manner which is not conducive to your situation (stalking someone you want to fall in love with you, acting crazy, emailing or calling or IMing a non-responsive party over and over, etc,) and then blame me for your crazy behavior. You are in control of yourself, and I am not your parent or guardian, and therefore am not responsible for what actions or behaviors you may engage in which are counterproductive to any social situation (or in some cases, business situation.)
