Rootwork Services Application

Please fill out the form for a consultation for spellwork. The consultation is a non-refundable cost of $25. This $25 will be subtracted from the final spell price should you purchase the service. If you are a returning client I will often waive the fee.

I reserve the right to refuse business for any reason, however keep in mind:

I only work for people 21 and over.

I will not cause divorce, harm a child, or break up a family.

Payment for the service is expected at the end of your consultation (which begins when I reply to your application) if we agree to move forward with work. There is a price list on the services page for your own reference.
